Do you accept insurance?
We are private pay only at this time. A superbill can be provided for reimbursement through your insurance provider. It is the client's responsibility to check with their insurance provider prior to beginning services to inquire about your out of network reimbursement options and to inquire about costs and coverage.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, check, credit cards, and HSA/FSA are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
Is an evaluation required prior to services beginning?
If an assessment has been done within one year and it is representative of your child’s current level of performance, send the report to Diablo Valley Speech Therapy with intake forms to get added to the therapy schedule. We typically would not need to do another assessment.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed.
How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions are 45 minutes long, including time for direct treatment and a parent check in.
Do you offer screenings?
Yes. Screenings are provided for the community or local preschools/daycares. Please fill out our interest form.
How do we get started?
Fill out our contact form or send us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule a phone consultation. After the phone consultation, you will receive access to your online portal where you can fill out intake paperwork through our electronic medical record system.
